Come tour it before Amazon and retailers occupy it in early 2024.  Hear from the project stakeholders—Amazon, Vulcan Real Estate, Graphite Design Group, Seneca Group, Compton Design Office, and GLY Construction—on how the project came about, the landlord/tenant collaboration process, and Amazon's workplace. Set to attain LEED gold accreditation, the development consists of over 880,000 SF of office space in the three towers, almost 30,000 SF of Ground Level Retail / Active Use, and through-block pedestrian connection and open plaza, and below grade parking.  Amazon is scheduled to welcome workers into the buildings over the next few months.
