Meet Our Staff
Andrea Newton | Executive Director
Andrea brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate. She began her career at Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel, Inc. (now BentallGreenOak) and then Resource Real Estate, where she gained extensive experience developing and stewarding a network of relationships with investors, stakeholders and corporate partners. She also served as Executive Director for Imaging the World, an international healthcare technology non-profit.

Riley Bancroft | Senior Manager
Riley joined the ULI Northwest team in February 2020. She graduated with degrees in Sustainability and Environmental Science from the Evergreen State College. She has lived in ten different communities, nine of them located in the Pacific Northwest. Riley is excited to engage her passion for thriving and sustainable solutions with the ULI Northwest community. In her free time you can find Riley on a mountain, reading a book, taking photos, or most likely a combination of all three.
Jen Kelly | Senior Manager
Jen joined the ULI Northwest team in January 2023. She brings a wealth of experience in event management, nonprofit development and real estate. Her passion lies in sustainability, affordable housing and community development. Jen is excited to bring all her experiences to help strengthen the ULI Northwest community. She loves hiking with her dog, traveling with her family and cooking for friends.

Jane Green | Program Manager
Jane joined ULI Northwest in April 2022. She graduated in 2019 from the University of Washington with a degree in Environmental Studies. Jane is a LEED Green Associate and a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority with professional experience in early childhood education, waste diversion and outreach. Along with a passion for sustainability and mitigating climate change, she loves exploring Seattle on foot and by bike, attending professional and collegiate sporting events, and reading.

Mia Costello | Administrative Coordinator
Mia attended Washington State University where she studied Interior Design with an emphasis on the built environment and its impacts on community health and wellbeing. She brings diverse professional experience within the sects of education, government, and event coordination. With a passion for people and the built environment, Mia is excited to utilize her skills to contribute to ULI Northwest. When she’s not trying out new recipes, or reading a mystery novel, you can find her painting with the assistance of her cat.
