“The CFL was such a valuable experience for a few reasons: focused, well-organized leadership skill building, interesting and thought-provoking learning about regional development issues, and the opportunity to create meaningful relationships across sectors.”
Becky Bicknell, Walsh Construction
The ULI Northwest Center for Leadership is a 10-month curriculum-based program designed for mid-senior career individuals looking to make their mark on the built environment. Participants examine their own leadership approach, learn from peers with different backgrounds, and develop stronger cross-disciplinary communication and problem-solving skills. Graduates leave with a deeply connected regional network committed to shaping the future of our communities and a more confident, intentional leadership practice.
Learn about the program and meet our 250+ alumni below. Applications for the 2026 cohort close March 5th, 2026.
