This program kicks off a two-part professional development series for women in the real estate industry, hosted by the Portland Women's Leadership Initiative. The series will feature Carol Murray, an experienced leadership coach and consultant with strong ties to the ULI community.

As the business world evolves - through globalization, applied technology, changing generational values, marketplace dynamics, and many other factors - so do the challenges faced by our business leaders.  Much of our leadership wisdom comes from past experiences of what worked (or didn't) years ago.  Our world is evolving, and our leadership practices need to keep up. So, how do we know what we need, as women, in order to lead well...tomorrow?

Join us for a lively and interactive workshop exploring:
    • The 3 competencies most highly correlated to leadership effectiveness
    • The key differences between masculine and feminine power
    • Why we need more feminine power in the workplace and what we can do about it
    • The one change that changes everything when honing your leadership skills.
This event is intended for women in real estate and land use (ULI members AND non-members).
