    ULI Northwest Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI) is excited to kick off 2020 with this exclusive Boardroom After Dark dinner of dynamic and influential women real estate leaders in Portland. Enjoy dinner and drinks with your peers and business leader Molly Bordonaro, Managing Partner of Gerdinng Edlen. Molly will share her insights, professional experience, and personal anecdotes over dinner and drinks.

    About Molly
    Molly Bordonaro joined Gerding Edlen in 2009 and was named a managing partner in 2017. For 10 years, Molly has pioneered and led the Gerding Edlen’s investment management practice, which includes the co-mingled, real estate funds and asset management group. She has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience with expertise in transactions, financing, management, leasing and fund development. Molly is a member of Gerding Edlen’s Investment Committee.

    Prior to joining Gerding Edlen, Molly was a principal in the Portland office of The Gallatin Group, securing public financing for large, public-private real estate projects. Concurrently, she was a co-founding director of an investment fund specializing in the financing of real estate developments in low- and moderate-income areas. From 2005-2009, Molly took time out from real estate to serve as the United States Ambassador to the Republic of Malta, becoming the first American diplomat to receive Malta’s highest medal of honor. She began her real estate career as a broker at Norris, Beggs and Simpson.

    Molly is a member of the Board of Directors for Moda Health and the National Women’s History Museum. She also serves as a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) Technology and Sustainability Affinity Group and is a member of the Advisory Board for Commercial Real Estate at Portland State University.

    Molly earned a BA degree from the University of Colorado.
