Join ULI Northwest's Young Leaders Group for an exclusive tour of the recently renovated State Hotel

The State Hotel is a newly opened 90-room boutique hotel located just a block from Pike Place Market in the historic Eitel Building. What had become an eyesore at the corner of Second & Pike, the Eitel Building has undergone a complete renovation that brings new life to this intersection. The project blends new modern features with original character from the building, which originally opened in 1904. Join ULI as we tour the new project and hear from the Developer of the project, Lake Union Partners, and the State Hotel’s General Manager.
