This is a hard-hat tour and attendees will be required to wear hard hats, safety glasses, safety vests, and boots that cover the ankle. Sneakers will not be sufficient for this tour.

Delivering in Fall of 2023, Northlake Commons will be the first large scale mass timber commercial office building in Seattle, totaling 200,000 SF of traditional office, lab-enabled office, retail, and warehouse space. Located on the north side of Lake Union with direct connectivity to the Burke Gilman Trail, the project offers unprecedented connection to views, water, and the outdoors. The LEED Platinum project’s innovative design features cross-laminated timber floors and glue-laminated timber columns and beams both indoor and out, a bioswale that cleans nearly 3M gallon of neighborhood stormwater, and unique amenities including a day-lit bike room and paddleboard storage. Encompassing a full city block, the project also features over 65,000 SF of outdoor plaza, private deck, and recreation space appealing to the needs and wants of the modern-day tenant. The project is partnership between the HessCallahanGrey Group, the Dunn Lumber family, and Spear Street Capital.
