    JP LeVeque

    Eastdil Secured

    JP LeVeque is a Managing Director in Eastdil Secured’s debt placement group. Based in San Francisco, JP is responsible for sourcing financing and loan sales across all major property types, with a primary focus in the western U.S. Prior to joining Eastdil Secured in 2006, JP worked at KPMG’s audit group where he specialized in real estate and earned his CPA license. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara with degree in economics and holds the following licenses: Series 7, Series 63, and California Real Estate Salesperson.

    Natalia Todorov

    PGIM Real Estate Finance

    Natalia Todorov is an executive director with PGIM Real Estate. Located in San Francisco, she is responsible for originating a broad range of commercial mortgage products throughout the Pacific Northwest and Northern California on behalf of Core, Core Plus, and High Yield investors, including Prudential’s General Account, and the Agencies – Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA. Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate, Natalia served as Vice President of Transactions at PGIM Real Estate doing acquisitions in Southern California. Previously, she held roles at Wells Fargo and Redwood Trust doing West Coast originations. Natalia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of California, Davis and her Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.

    Christopher Graham

    Blackstone

    Chris Graham is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group based in Los Angeles and oversees the West Coast office. Mr. Graham oversees western region acquisitions. He also manages Blackstone’s media studio platform and oversees U.S. redevelopment projects. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Graham worked at J.P. Morgan as a Managing Director and served as the head of Western U.S. Acquisitions. Previously, he was a manager for the Archon Group where he was involved with commercial investment opportunities and dispositions in the western region.

    Christopher Moyer

    Managing Director, Cushman & Wakefield

    Christopher Moyer joined Cushman & Wakefield Equity, Debt & Structured Finance, formerly Sonnenblick Goldman, in 2006 and since that time has been a member of project teams that have closed more than 130 debt, equity, and property and loan sales transactions raising more than $18.0 billion. Mr. Moyer’s experience has included a broad range of property and transactional types. His responsibilities include sourcing and assessing potential equity and debt offerings, performing financial and market analyses, preparing offering materials, marketing potential transactions to equity investors and lenders and facilitating the due diligence and closing process. In addition, he is responsible for the distribution of a monthly capital markets update. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Moyer was a Real Estate Salesperson and Assistant Team Leader with Manhattan Apartments, a New York City residential brokerage firm. Mr. Moyer earned his B.S. degree in Finance and Management & Organizational Analysis from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Mr. Moyer has guest lectured at New York University. Mr. Moyer is a licensed New York Real Estate Salesperson.

    Ray Connell

    Holland Partner Group

    Raymond (Ray) Connell is the Managing Director for the Holland Partner Group’s (HPG) Puget Sound division with overall responsibility for the full spectrum of multifamily development beginning at land acquisition, continuing through building occupancy, and concluding at asset disposition. HPG actively develops, redevelops, constructs, acquires, and manages multifamily communities with institutional partners in the most sought-after investment markets in the Western United States. In 2015, Holland tapped Ray to help expand the company’s San Francisco Bay Area development portfolio. Ray’s career path began in finance as a Credit Analyst with Bank of America and progressed to being a Vice President at BlackRock. At BlackRock, Ray was part of the Alternatives Group, investing over $1.4bn of Private Equity funds into industrial, office, retail and multifamily assets and developments. Mr. Connell holds a BA in Business Administration from the Morehouse College and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s School of Business. Ray sits on the Board of both NAOIP NW and the Oakland Job and Housing Coalition. Ray is an active member of several real estate industry organizations and is passionate advocate for job training in the building trades.
