The Urban Land Institute Northwest is getting ready to host Emerging Trends 2018, to highlight Seattle as the nation’s top market, attributed to its job opportunities, diverse economy, and educated workforce on Wednesday, November 15 from 7:30 – 9 AM at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel.
ULI Northwest’s signature event, Emerging Trends 2018 features Patrick Phillips, global chief executive officer of the Urban Land Institute, who will compare markets across the country and highlight real estate trends.
The event launches ULI Northwest’s 2018 program theme: Tech & Innovation with Mike Sievert, Chief Operating Officer at T-Mobile, who will share where mobile technology is heading and how it will shape the built environment.
