The NEXT committee is a group of diverse, mid-career industry professionals poised to take on greater leadership roles in their respective industries over the next ten years.  This group facilitates internal discussions around topics impacting them both professionally and personally. The Next Committee strengthens individuals’ leadership skills, provides access to key leaders, and deepens their relationships with other ULI members.
