On November 9, ULI Northwest will hold its biggest and most highly anticipated annual event, Emerging Trends 2017. Hosted at the Hyatt at Olive 8, the event will focus on real estate trends and economic situations from leading industry experts. Rapidly growing every year in attendance, this event is referred to as one of the top events in the region and is completely sold out.
The 2017 report, published by PwC and ULI, is an exclusive trend and forecast publication that provides information on investment and development trends, real estate finance, capital markets, property sectors, and metropolitan areas.
Returning keynote speaker Mitch Roschelle has over 30 years of experience serving a wide variety of real estate investors as a PwC partner and the firm’s U.S. Real Estate Advisory Practice leader. As an expert in his field, he is regularly quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and Bloomberg. He is also a regular contributor on CNBC, Fox Business Network and the Commercial Real Estate Show.
After Roschelle’s trends presentation, a panel discussion will follow on this year’s theme of “Beyond LEED.” Moderated by Ash Awad, the Vice President of McKinstry, the local panel of experienced real estate leaders will respond to this year’s report and discuss their predictions on the next steps for sustainability in the built environment and real estate community. This year’s panelists include Molly McCabe (CEO of Hayden Tanner), Sara Neff (Senior VP of Sustainability at Kilroy Realty), and Edgar Westerhof (Lead US Flood Risk & Resiliency for Arcadis).
Last year, local and national experts spoke about an increasing number in 18-Hour cities, driverless cars, movement towards the suburbs, and the power of human touch. This year’s upcoming Emerging Trends event will give attendees insight on where to invest this year, which sectors and markets will offer the best prospects, trends and changes in the Seattle region, and how sustainability will change our industry in the years to come.
Join us November 9, 2016 at the Hyatt 8 in Seattle for a lively, provocative, wide-ranging discussion followed by a crowd-sourced Q+A session at the end.
Please Note: This event has sold out. There will be no on-site registration at Emerging Trends 2017.
