The Peer-to-Peer series is intended as a 101 overview for those new to the industry. This event will provide an overview of the project entitlement process, examining it both from a land-use perspective and from a developer’s perspective. The event will focus on the Seattle-specific entitlement process but will also highlight some key differences between Seattle and other major municipalities.
