2+U is a 38-story, 668,000 SF Class-A office tower in the core of downtown Seattle, adjacent to the historic Diller Hotel. Feature composite “Y” columns lift the office tower 65ft–85ft above 1st Avenue creating the Urban Village, a 24,000 SF covered, outdoor, open space that includes 16,000 SF of retail and a 1,000 SF arts and culture studio. Level 19 of the building features a work lounge area and rooftop deck that includes a pavilion for private events or meetings.
