The Portland Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) is delighted to welcome back leadership consultant Carol Murray to continue the discussion around Feminine Power in a free flowing and organic conversation. Those who attended either the first and/or second sessions in the WLI Feminine Power professional development series are encouraged to join this small group happy hour. Speaker

    Carol Murray

Co-Founder and Principal, The Lifework Institute

As an acknowledged leadership coach, Carol has offered her insights since 2013 to thousands of ULI members and staff in dozens of settings across the country. These audiences include District Council Advisory Boards, National Product Councils, Young Leaders Groups, incoming District Council Chairs at Beaver Creek, WLI members, ULI National Staff and 150 National Product Council Leaders at the Spring Meeting in Philadelphia a few years ago. At the 2015 Fall Meeting in L.A Carol presented a talk Optimizing Your Leadership Potential to a break out group of hundreds. She also developed and moderated a lively panel discussion on the Magic of Mentorship. Three years ago, Carol led a one-hour ULI webinar on leadership for a record-breaking 1,700 ULI members nationwide, which by all accounts was extremely well received. She has presented to the Centers for Sustainable Leadership in ULI Northwest for three years. In her private practice she continues to provide leadership coaching and consulting services to top real estate developers and those supporting real estate development efforts. She recently returned from the ULI Staff Summit in DC where she offered sessions on leading volunteers. A die-hard fan of ULI, Carol seeks to support the mission by helping members elevate their leadership impact both for the good of ULI and in their organizations.
