    About Bill
    Bill is the co-founder and Managing Principal of Talon Private Capital (Talon), LLC. Talon is a Seattle based, 35-person, private equity company focused on commercial real estate investments on the West Coast.

    Prior to co-founding Talon in late 2009, for 17 years Bill was a Principal and co-founder of Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc., (PREP) a regional commercial real estate brokerage. Talon’s 38 professionals work in asset, investment, property and development management. Talon is active in the major metropolitan areas of Seattle, Portland, Dallas, and Austin. Talon has a significant private equity capital balance which it utilizes to fund both wholly owned assets as well as numerous larger scale joint venture value add and development opportunities with its multiple institutional equity partners. Talon has active co-investments with partners such as Prudential (PGIM), Cerberus, PCCP, Lionstone, and Walton Street Capital.

    Bill was the 2017-2019 Chairman of Urban Land Institute Northwest Council and currently serves on the board of the University of Washington Runstad Center of Real Estate Studies. He has held numerous leadership positions in civic, charitable and industry groups, including past Chair of SIOR NW, NAIOP NW, Bellevue Schools Foundation, and many more.

    Bill has been married for 32 years to his college sweetheart and has two adult children.
