ULI Northwest | Mass Timber Building Tour - Heartwood Multifamily

Come join ULI for a tour of the nearly completed Heartwood Multi-Family building in Capitol Hill followed by a happy hour! 3:30-5pm Tour / 5-7 happy hour / Registration required / PLEASE wear closed toed shoes.
The eight-story workforce workforce/middle income housing project will be the first mass timber Type IV-C IBC Building Code building permitted in the City of Seattle. The Mass Timber/Hybrid superstructure consists of exposed the CLT ceilings and Glulam column and beams within the units, hallways and lobby. 126-units are provided, along with an outdoor courtyard, bike parking, retail, laundry. The project broke ground in April 2022 and is expected to open in early 2023.
