The recently released 2022 Emerging Trends in Real Estate report explored the surprising resilience of the economy, and named Portland as a “magnet” 18 hour city. The afternoon will feature a keynote presentation of the report, one of the most highly regarded trends reports in the industry. Following the presentation, a panel of industry experts will weigh in on the outlook for the Portland market.
