Set to be the world's first developer-driven Living Building, the five-story, mixed-use building will demonstrate replicable and cost-effective solutions for sustainable design, removing barriers to entry for highly sustainable projects while revitalizing the community.

COVID Requirements
Proof of vaccination or negative COVID test is required for entry. Acceptable forms of proof include a CDC vaccination card, a photocopy of the card or a photo of the card on a mobile device. Cardholders must be at least two weeks past receiving their second dose in a two-dose series of Pfizer or Moderna, or a single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine. For people who are unable provide proof of vaccination, documentation of a negative test taken within 72 hours will be accepted. Masks are required at all times except when actively eating or drinking.
