     Join us for a series of property tours and on-site discussions focused on current development projects in Seattle’s Denny Triangle area, including 2019 Boren (Holland Partners), 1120 Denny Way (Onni), 1200 Stewart (Westbank), and 2014 Fairview (Fairview Developments).
     
    2019 Boren – The Ivey and The Ayer (Holland Partner Group)
    The Ivey and The Ayer are currently being developed by Holland Partner Group in the Denny Triangle. The Ivey is a 44-story, 406 unit apartment tower, with roughly 55K SF of office space.  The project will include a 177-seat performing arts theater and gallery for Cornish College of the Arts.  The Ayer is a 46-story 454 unit apartment tower scheduled for completion in May of 2023.  Both projects will feature multiple tenant amenities, ground floor commercial space, and subterranean parking.
     
    1200 Stewart (Westbank)
    Developed by Westbank and located in the Denny Triangle neighborhood, 1200 Stewart includes two 47-story towers and a 4-story low-rise atop a 3-story commercial podium. There will be 1,048 residential units in the towers, indoor and outdoor amenity areas throughout, and over 150,000 sf of commercial, which will include Live-Nation, Trader Joe’s, and CVS. Construction is underway, with top out scheduled for 2021 and first occupancy in 2022.
     
    2014 Fairview – The Ren (Fairview Developments)
    Located in the Denny Triangle neighborhood, Ren is a 41-story, 457-unit residential building with commercial retail space on the ground floor. Amenities for the building include outdoor areas, a wellness room, and a dog spa with grooming stations. Pre-leasing is underway with move-ins beginning in January 2022. Ren is being developed by Fairview Developments. 
     
    1120 Denny Way (Onni South Lake Union)
    Onni South Lake Union (OSLU) is Onni Group’s first development in Seattle. OSLU is a full-block project comprised of two 41-story towers and a 13-story midrise building with 1,097 total apartments. There are over 70,000 SF of best-in-class amenities in the project including three swimming pools, a basketball court, rock climbing wall, and children’s playground. Construction is wrapping up, with first move-ins planned for the first quarter of 2022.
     
    PPE is required to access certain parts of the tours. Please plan to bring hard hats, vests, pants that cover ankles, closed-toed shoes, and face masks. If you do not have access to PPE, please email [email protected]

    Registrants will receive the meet-up location and further details of the start and stop site a few days before the event.
     
    COVID-19 Updates for In-Person Events
     
    As we transition to in-person events, the health and safety of our ULI members and attendees are paramount. Therefore, ULI Northwest will continuously follow state and county regulations and abide by venue guidelines in Washington for any in-person programming.

    Washington State’s Department of Health currently recommends:
    • For fully vaccinated individuals, wearing a mask is encouraged in indoor settings.
    • For unvaccinated individuals, wearing a mask is required in indoor settings.
    • Masks are not required outdoors, but unvaccinated individuals are encouraged to wear masks in crowded outdoor settings where it is hard to maintain physical distance. 
    Please stay home if you are sick, vulnerable, or if you have been in close contact with someone with COVID-19  
    • Please do not attend an in-person event if you feel sick, experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or believe you may have been recently exposed to COVID-19.
    • Please consider carefully whether to attend an in-person event if you are a member of a high-risk group or in close contact with one or more individuals in a high-risk group. Per CDC, high-risk groups include older adults, people with medical conditions, pregnant and recently pregnant people.
    • If you begin to experience flu-like symptoms of COVID-19 while at an in-person event, please ensure you are wearing a mask, immediately notify a staff person while maintaining a safe physical distance, and quarantine away from others until you can safely depart.
