Cascadia Disrupted elevates ULI’s annual Emerging Trends in Real Estate event to a regional level. This week-long, virtual conference will feature thought leaders in the real estate and built environment industries from Seattle, Portland, and Vancouver, BC. As we near the end of a chaotic 2020, this event aims to move the region forward towards a revived, resilient, and equitable future.
The keynote address will feature a presentation of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Report, the most highly regarded and widely read forecast publication for the North American real estate market. The report, co-written by ULI and PricewaterhouseCoopers, provides an outlook on investment and development trends, real estate finance, capital markets, property sectors, shifting demographics, and other real estate and land use issues. ULI Northwest and ULI British Columbia have assembled a panel of esteemed real estate leaders to respond to the report and discuss the latest issues in real estate and land use across the Cascadia Region. Be sure to join us throughout the rest of the week as we explore topics ranging from the industry’s COVID response to diversity and equity issues, and from leadership in turbulent times and economic resilience, to innovations in transit-oriented development, retail and more!
