    Showcase International - Bringing the best of the real estate world and forward-thinking urbanism to you through innovative virtual tours.
     
    In partnership with the International Living Futures Institute (ILFI), ULI Northwest and ULI Australia are excited to showcase a range of creative and inspiring living buildings on both sides of the globe.  From the Pacific Northwest to Australia, a variety of certified living buildings will be showcased in a series of innovative virtual tours.
    On May 28, the first of the virtual tours will feature the creative spaces of Mahlum Architects in a renovated industrial warehouse in Portland, Oregon; and Burwood Brickworks, a creative outdoor retail development in Melbourne, Australia. We will explore how these buildings were designed for health as well as the motivations and return on investment of these living buildings.
