Join us for a tour of Solis, the largest Passive House Certified multifamily building in Washington State. Completed in Fall 2020, the luxury 45-unit Capitol Hill development uses 50% less energy than comparable buildings and provides exceptional indoor air quality. All this was achieved for a modest 5% construction cost premium.

Following the tour, members of the design and development team will be on hand to answer your questions. To wrap up, enjoy a networking happy hour on the new rooftop deck overlooking the city.

Solis is the second of three tours ULI Northwest is hosting of new developments nominated for the 2022 ULI Americas Awards for Excellence.
