    Jennifer Diaz

    Partner, Pacific Coast Capital Partners

    Ms. Diaz joined PCCP in 2000.  Ms. Diaz is the Head of Multifamily, acting as portfolio manager for PCCP’s entire multifamily portfolio.  In addition, Ms. Diaz is the Fund Manager for PCCP's strategic venture focused on single family for rent housing and for PCCP’s strategic venture focused on workforce-oriented apartment communities.  During her tenure at PCCP, Ms. Diaz has served in various debt and equity investments, platform and asset management roles.  Ms. Diaz received her B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Southern California.

    Tim Harrison

    JLL

    As the Capital Markets Research Director, I oversee JLL’s industry-leading capital markets research at the local market level. Working directly with senior leadership and capital markets office co-heads to shape and implement the vision for optimal research delivery specific to capital markets across JLL’s capital markets offices. In my role, I’m actively involved in high-profile pitches, pursuits, and client meetings across the United State, utilizing JLL’s technology platform and drawing on my knowledge of the macro and micro factors affecting the marketplace. Prior to joining the JLL team, I was the Global Business Development and Logistics Manager for an export firm in the Midwest. I assisted regional businesses in developing opportunities for their products in international markets and analyzed the global trade market to determine product placement in growth markets in Africa, Australasia, Central America, South America, and Central Asia.

    Erika Smith

    Senior Vice President, Umpqua Bank

    Erika Smith is based in Portland and manages the Washington and Oregon offices for the Commercial Real Estate Division of Umpqua Bank. Erika joined Umpqua Bank in late 2021 and prior to joining Umpqua, managed the Real Estate Capital Markets platform for U.S. Bank for more than 20 years. She started her career in the mid-‘80s in Chicago as a real estate lender for Continental Bank and then relocated to Charlotte, N.C. to help start the syndication desk for NationsBank (now Bank of America). Erika has an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Iowa and a MM degree from the JL Kellogg school at Northwestern University.

    Doug Burges

    Greystar

    Doug Burges is a Senior Director, Development for Greystar and is responsible for sourcing and leading development projects in the Portland metro area and throughout Oregon. He oversees projects through each stage of a project’s life cycle from inception, acquisition, and financing through design, construction, and asset management. Before joining Greystar, Doug previously served as Senior Development Manager for Holland Partner Group, where he successfully developed concurrent multifamily projects. Prior to that, he was a Development Director for Ekistics, LLC, where he led Phase I of State Center - a $1.5 billion mixed-use, public/private partnership in Baltimore. Doug has 15 years of industry experience. He holds a Master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Virginia Tech and Bachelor of Science degrees in Geography and Community Planning from Appalachian State University.

    Paige Morgan

    CBRE

    Paige Morgan is an Executive Vice President with CBRE based in Portland, Oregon. With over 20 years of experience managing complex transactions, she has successfully executed over $6 billion in deals throughout the Pacific Northwest. Paige has consistently been recognized as a top-performing broker, receiving multiple industry achievement awards from NAIOP, SIOR, CAB, and CoStar. Prior to joining CBRE, Paige led Jones Lang LaSalle’s institutional team in Portland and also worked at Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. and Schnitzer West. Paige earned her MBA in Finance from the University of Washington and completed her undergraduate education at Brown University.
