As the business world evolves - through globalization, applied technology, changing generational values, marketplace dynamics, and many other factors - so do the challenges faced by our business leaders.   Much of our leadership wisdom comes from past experiences of what worked (or didn't) years ago.  Our world is evolving, and our leadership practices need to keep up. So, how do we know what we need, in order to lead well...tomorrow?

Join Carol Murray, leadership coach and consultant with strong ties to our ULI community, for a lively and hands-on discussion exploring:
    • The 3 competencies most highly correlated to leadership effectiveness
    • The key differences between masculine and feminine power and why both are important
    • How a "growth mindset" can radically enhance the development of leadership
    • The one change that changes everything when honing your leadership skills
Come prepared for an interactive and thought-provoking workshop with plenty of time for conversation and Q&A.

Online registration ends Thursday, April 25.
