Young Leadership Forum: Jonathan Manheim, President of HAL (Seattle, WA)

Our Young Leadership Group Leadership Forums are designed to foster professional relationships and connections between members of the YLG community and senior level leaders in the real estate and land use fields. The conversation focuses on topics including, career development, local real estate trends, and networking/educational opportunities. These are intimate conversations with maximum capacity of 15.
Jonathan Manheim serves as President of HAL.
He oversees the company’s sourcing and structuring of new investments, management of the existing portfolio, and day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining HAL, Jonathan served as Director of Finance and Development for American Life. Earlier in his career, he held various investment roles with Clairvue Capital Partners (now StepStone Real Estate), the KOR Group, and Credit Suisse.
Jonathan serves on the NAIOP Washington State’s Programs Committee and mentors students at the UW Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies.
Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Real Estate and Urban Studies.
