Our Young Leaders Group Leadership Forums are designed to foster professional relationships and connections between members of the YLG community and senior level leaders in the real estate and land use fields. The conversation focuses on topics including, career development, local real estate trends, and networking/educational opportunities. These are intimate conversations with maximum capacity of 15.
Prior to co-founding Talon in late 2009, Bill was a Principal and co-founder of Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc., (PREP) a regional commercial real estate brokerage. Over his 17 years at PREP, he was instrumental in growing the company to market dominance in the Pacific Northwest and exclusively represented national and regional tenants.
Bill is the 2017-2018 Chairman of the Urban Land Institute Northwest Chapter and currently serves on the board of the University of Washington Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies. He has held numerous leadership positions in civic, charitable and industry groups, including past Chair of SIOR, NAIOP, Bellevue Schools Foundation and many more. Bill has been married for 29 years to his college sweetheart and has two adult children.
