The “Infrastructure Crisis, Sustainable Solutions” 2015 Event Series 

The Urban Land Institute, Metro & The Evergreen State College Center for Sustainable Infrastructure presents “Infrastructure Crisis, Sustainable Solutions,” an event series that will examine the effects of climate change on the region’s infrastructure and how investments in sustainable energy, water, transportation, and waste management can address urgent environmental challenges and foster healthy and livable communities.

Regional experts will participate in moderated panel discussions during three events:

Wednesday, July 15 | Maximizing Community Wide Value Across Our Infrastructure Investments
This event will showcase the societal and financial consequences of separated infrastructure systems and the benefits of integrating these assets now, and in future planning.

Parking 

From SE Water Ave: Drive past OMSI, take your first left onto SE Caruthers Street. On your left, underneath the highway overpass, will be a parking lot. Park here. Follow signs that direct you to walk along a pathway across SE Tilikum Way to the front entrance of the Oregon Rail Heritage Foundation.

From SE Division St (heading South), take a right onto SE 8th Avenue. From SE Division St (heading North), take a left onto SE 8th Avenue. Take a quick right onto SE Division Place. Take the first right onto SE Grand Avenue. At the next intersection pull into the parking lot underneath the highway overpass. Park here. Follow signs that direct you to walk along a pathway across SE Tilikum Way to the front entrance of the Oregon Rail Heritage Foundation.
