2018 Emerging Trends in Real Estate (Portland, OR)
ULI Northwest presents its premier real estate trends and forecast meeting, featuring insights from leading experts both nationally and locally. The event will feature a presentation on the Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2018 report—a publication with a 38-year history from PwC and ULI—as well as a session on the Broadway Corridor redevelopment.
The 24-acre Broadway Corridor is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to add to Portland’s economy and vitality and to deliver community benefits. The corridor, particularly the USPS site, is a key opportunity for high-density employment and housing, while connecting the Old Town/Chinatown and Pearl District neighborhoods to Union Station, a gateway to the City.
Join us as we discuss how Prosper Portland plans to push new territory on affordable housing, inclusivity practices and community benefit agreements while adding in approximately 4-million square feet in commercial office, retail and residential development.
