I am having difficulty registering for an event. Can you help me?
Check to see if pre-registration has closed (pre-registration closes 2-3 days before the event date). If it has not closed, please call ULI Customer Service at 1-800-321-5011.
I’d like to go to an event, however pre-registration is closed. Can I still attend?
Yes, you can still attend and register onsite (unless the event is sold-out). Please note that for most events, registration fees increase by $10 post pre-registration. Check to make sure space is available by calling 206-224-4500 or emailing Northwest@uli.org.
My password is not working when I try to log-in to my profile on the ULI website. What should I do?
Reset your password on the log-in page. If this does not work, please call ULI Customer Service at 1-800-321-5011.
Why am I not receiving ULI Northwest emails?
Have you added ULI Northwest to your “safe senders” list? If yes, please make sure your email address is current by checking your profile on ULI Global’s website. If your profile information is correct and you are still not receiving emails, please call ULI Customer Service at 1-800-321-5011.
My company is a ULI Northwest Annual Sponsor. What events can I attend and how many complimentary tickets does my company receive?
The number of complimentary tickets your company receives depends on its level of sponsorship. Please see our Sponsorship Benefits to determine what level your company is and how many tickets you should receive. To use your sponsor complimentary tickets for events, please send a message with the name of the event, person(s) attending and their email to Northwest@uli.org.
How do I become a member or renew my membership?
