Event Preview: Expanding the Circle for TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) on March 19

ULI Northwest is presenting “Expanding the Circle for TOD” on March 19 at W Seattle Hotel in downtown Seattle. The idea for the program grew from a discussion by ULI Northwest’s Housing Task Force about more effective ways to reduce the cost of housing than trying to find less expensive two-by-fours. Event Recap: YLG MOHAI Tour

On March 5, ULI Northwest Young Leaders took an exclusive tour of Seattle’s recently renovated Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI). The tour was led by lead architect, Sam Miller, who explained how the team was able to transform the historic naval reserve into a 50,000-square foot waterfront attraction.
