YLG Portland Tours Savier Flats

With over 40 real estate professionals present, ULI NW’s Young Leaders Group of Portland organized an on-site presentation and tour of the newly constructed Savier Street Flats on Thursday, July 11th. Sam Rodriguez of Mill Creek Residential led an informal presentation about their two four-story LEED Platinum buildings that feature 179 unit market rate apartments, and ground-floor retail. The site formerly owned by Con-Way, the transportation and services company, was Mill Creek Residential’s first development and is located on Northwest 23rd and Savier Street. On June 19, ULI hosted an event at the Arctic Club in Seattle to discuss the value of preserving older buildings in the urban core. David J.
