ULI Northwest Welcomes New Manager Jared Jonson!

We are pleased to welcome Jared Jonson as ULI Northwest’s new Manager.  Jared’s primary duties are to coordinate the work of the standing committees and task forces to advance ULI Northwest’s goals and objectives. Despite being far more tech-savvy than previous generations, Generation Y, the 80-million strong cohort of Americans between the ages of 18 and 35, has not forsaken shopping in stores for online purchasing – as long as retailers keep their offerings “fresh” and interesting, says a new ULI report. Chuck Wolfe presented his new book, Urbanism Without Effort, at a ULI book release party on May 7th. The book explores traditional relationships between people and cities, how they are relevant today, and how the physical form of the public realm influences the way that individuals interact with the places and people around them.
