Video of 2015 ULI Rose Fellows Presenting Recommendations to Seattle Mayor Ed Murray

Last Thursday, the 2015 Rose Fellows presented their findings on redeveloping the South Seattle Rainier Beach neighborhood to Mayor Ed Murray and a small group of public officials at the Seattle Central Library. The Seattle Channel was on hand to record the proceedings, which include the Fellow’s presentation and a panel discussion with the Mayor. Click here to watch the video in it’s entirety.

Seattle Mayor’s Office Welcomes ULI Rose Fellows

Next week, the Mayor’s office will welcome the ULI Rose Fellows to explore opportunities for transit oriented development and job growth in Rainier Beach. The Daniel Rose Center for Public Leadership, a joint initiative by ULI and the National League of Cities (NLC) selected Mayor Ed Murray, along with the mayors of Boston, Omaha, and Pittsburgh to receive technical assistance from an assembled group of expert panelists on a specific development challenge in their respective cities. University of Oregon Receives Honorable Mention in ULI Hines Competition
