Event Recap: YLG Stone34 Project Tour

Yesterday, Skanska representatives led a ULI Northwest YLG-organized tour of the nearly-finished Stone34 project. This 129,000 square feet, five-story mixed-use building is the new global headquarters for Brooks Sports. The building boasts features such as 8,500 square feet of pedestrian connection hubs, a plaza with 3,800 square feet of planting, a restaurant, coffee shop, and Brooks Sports’ first concept retail store on the first floor. ULI Northwest is pleased to welcome Victoria Oestreich as its new Administrative Assistant. Through city volunteer positions in her hometown of Redmond, Washington, Victoria was exposed to community engagement and urban development from a young age.
