Seattle’s Via6 and Portland’s Brewery Blocks Announced as Finalists in ULI 2014 Global Awards for Excellence Competition

SEATTLE (June 23, 2014) — Seattle’s Via6 development project and Portland’s Brewery Blocks have been announced as finalists in the 2014 ULI Global Awards for Excellence competition, widely recognized as the land use industry’s most prestigious recognition program.   Twenty-three outstanding developments from around the globe, including 11 in North America, seven in Asia, and five in Europe, have been selected as finalists. Event Recap: Creative Financing – Alternative Financial Mechanics for Vertical Development

On June 11, ULI members, developers, and investment professionals gathered at the GGLO offices to discuss alternative financial mechanisms.
