Kresge Foundation Awards $800,000 to ULI Community Resiliency Program

ULI’s community resiliency program explores how issues related to climate change are affecting the real estate industry and reshaping urban growth patterns. Emerging Trends Event Shines Light on Positive Market Trends

On November 19, ULI hosted the 2014 Emerging Trends breakfast and the hot topic was the flow of capital.
