ULI Northwest Member in the New York Times

King Street Station Tour Summary

Below is a brief summary of the recent YLG King Street Station Tour in Pioneer Square – provided by Newton Breiter of AECOM. ULI members recently had the opportunity to tour King Street Station, a 60,000 sf, 1906 train station which is currently under different stages of historic rehabilitation. The facility will continue to house Amtrak service on the ground level, but will feature rentable space on the previously vacant upper floors.
